摘要
从已有比较成熟的企业核心竞争力出发,结合旅游企业自身独特的特点,对旅游企业核心竞争力的定义、内涵和形成原理进行了一些理论上的探讨和创新,并针对旅游企业如何培育核心竞争力提出了一些对策和措施。
Starting with the comparatively mature business core competence, and combining the distinctive features of tourist industry , the article takes up theoretical explorations and innovations on the definition, intension and establishment principles of business core competence and proposes some countermeasures against cultivating core competence in tourist industry.
