摘要
在日益注重效益的今天,企业更加关注的已不再是开展了多少培训项目,培训了多少人,而是培训目标的达成以及培训对企业经营管理绩效提升的影响,因此,培训有效性的评估显得格外重要。通过分析国内企业培训有效性评估现状,介绍了国外相关理论的发展及常用模型,提出适合国内企业的培训有效性评估体系,以期为加强企业的培训工作做一些有益的探索。
Today, when benefit is increasingly oriented, businesses no longer focus on the number of training programs offered or that of trainees enrolled in it, but on the attainment of the training target and the effects of the training on the improvement of business management efficiency. Consequently, training effectiveness appears to be extraordinarily important. In light of analyses on the current situation of evaluation system of training effectiveness in businesses both at home and abroad, and the introduction of the development of relevant theories and common training patterns adopted abroad, the article puts forward evaluation system of training effectiveness suited to domestic businesses with the view to enhancing the training work in businesses.
