Surface Effect on Fast Atom Bombardment Mass Spectrometry

本文就快原子轰击质谱中的表面效应问题及表面效应在若干方面的利用作了简要综述。

A brief review is presented with respect to surface effect on fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry(FABMS). Samples with high surface activity in matrix will suppress the signal of matrix in mass spectrum, thus a clear FABMS can be obtained. Samples which ale not surface active in matrix will be suppressed by the signal of matrix in mass spectraum. The application about surface effect on the mass spectro metric analysis of some inorganic and organic compounds is also reviewed.
