德育工作是教育的基础性工作，是素质教育的灵魂。要重视中学生的德育工作，掌握中学生德育工作的基本要求，构建“学校、社会、家庭”三结合的德育网络，落实好“中学生日常行为规范”的相关要求，坚持学生自我教育为主，建设一支素质优良的德育工作队伍，不断提高德育实效性。

Moral education is a basic part of education and a must to quality-oriented education.Thus,we should pay more attention to ideological,political and moral education and combine ＂school,society and family＂togegher to form a moral education web in order to ingrrae the overall quality of the new generation,including their moral,intellectual and fitness level as well as in their appreciation of aesthetics.
