目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)鉴别诊断宫内外早早孕的价值。方法对门诊停经6周内的85例患者行经阴道CDFI检测,分别测量其子宫动脉及卵巢黄体血流的阻力指数等血流参数。结果宫内妊娠和宫外妊娠子宫动脉的阻力指数分别为0.83±0.04,0.75±0.04,两者比较差异有统计学意义;卵巢黄体血流阻力指数二者分别为0.50±0.09,0.55±0.11,两者比较差异无统计学意义;子宫动脉峰值血流速度及舒张末期血流速度比较也无统计学意义。结论经阴道CDFI检查对鉴别宫内外早早孕有一定价值。

Objective To investigate the value of the pervaginam color doppler flow imaging on discriminating the very early pregnancy in or out of the utem. Methods eighty- five outpatients with menolipsis in six weeks who had not intend childbearing were given the examination of the pervaginam color doppler flow imaging, and the resistant indexes of uterine artery and the yellow body of ovary were measured respectively. There were fifty- five intrauterine pregnancy patients and thirty ectopic pregnancy patients on final diagnosis by follow - up. Results Resistent indexes of arteria uterine were 0.83 ± 0.04,0.75 ± 0.04 in intrauterine pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy, and there was significant difference between them. However, resistent indexes of the yellow body of ovary were 0.50 ± 0.09,0.55 ± 0.11 in intrauterine pregnancy and eetopic pregnancy respectively, and there was not significant difference between them. The peak amplitude blood flow rate of uterine artery was not significantly different from diastasis blood flow rate of that. Conclusion The pervaginam color doppler flow imaging was a feasibility methods for discriminating the very early pregnancy in or out of the uteru.
