摘要
教育资源分配的公平与否与社会公平的实现具有高度的正相关的关系。我国的教育资源分配总体呈现不均衡的特征,这种不均衡的状况将严重影响社会公平的实现:教育资源分配不均将会加剧社会的两极分化;影响社会成员在不同阶层之间的合理流动;损害公众对社会和自身发展的预期,导致社会心理失衡;还会使政府形象扭曲和作用减损,触及社会公正的底线。
Whether education resources distribution is fair or not is highly positively related to realization of social fairness. China's education resources distribution shows unbalanced characteristics, and this unbalanced situation seriously influences the realization of social fairness. Unbalanced education resources distribution will aggravate polarization, affect social members'rational flow between different social stratums, damage the prediction of masses to society and self - development, result in psychological unbalance of the society, distort the governmental image and function and make the society unfairness.
