Krawcheck had to contend with plateauing revenue growth and a lethargic stock price. In late 2005, she helped oversee Citi's move to swap its asset management business for Legg Mason's broker network in a $3.7 billion deal. She's also responsible for Citi's investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning.
