摘要
教育产权是当前的一个研究热点。不过由于这一概念自身比较模糊,学界对其认识分歧较大。这种状况反映出人们对产权概念的理解有点错位,在研究教育产权中已形成误会。其实,研究教育产权所要真正揭示的,乃是我国公共教育资源的管理“缺位”问题,即如何确立合法的“守护者”及其代理人的问题。
Educational property right is a hotspot of educational study today, but its meaning is diverging in fact. All these chaos imply the mistaken study of property right. The hot studies reflect an important problem of our educational management of .property in deed, that's governor missing, or how to define the guardian and the agency of public educational property in legitimacy.
