农民教育观念的变化与更新——基于四川、山东、甘肃、内蒙古部分农村地区的调查

Research on Peasants' Education Conception: A study Based on Parts of Rural Areas of Shandong,Sichuan,Inner Mongolia and Gansu Province

由于经济发展和城镇化带来的人口流动,农民的教育观念发生了翻天覆地的变化,因而在建设社会主义新农村的今天,研究农民的教育观念具有十分重要的意义。本文从农民教育期望观、男女教育观、农民的学校教育观、农民的教育投资观、农民的教育政策观五个方面,系统地阐述了山东、四川、内蒙古、甘肃四省区部分地区农民教育观的现状以及存在的问题,并提出相应的政策建议,以促进农民教育观念的更新和改进。

The education conception in this thesis refers to peasants＇ views on their education. It has direct impact on peasants＇ education activities, and affects the healthy development of rural education, thus influence the construction of the new socialism country. The following thesis expounds systematically from five aspects： peasants＇ expectation on education, the different opinions between men and women on education, peasants＇ ideas about school education, peasants＇ viewpoints about educational investment and peasants＇ educational policies. The research is based on the situation of Shandong, Sichuan, Inner Mongolia and Gansu Province. It reflects parts of the peasants＇ education conceptions and also discovers the problems in it, and at the same time gives some corresponding policy suggestions to promote the education conception＇s renewal and improvement, and then to stimulate the development of rural education.
