摘要
高等教育的快速发展,使大批新教师成为高校教师队伍增量的重要组成部分。如何对新教师进行发展性评价,从而有效地促进高校新教师的健康成长,最终实现高校的持续发展,是高校管理部门迫切需要解决的问题。
The fast development of higher education has made plentiful initial teachers an important proportion of the increment of teaching staff in colleges. How to evaluate the development of these initial teachers so as to promote their healthy growth effectively and finally to realize the sustainable development of colleges has become a tough problem for administrative departments of human resources of institutions of higher learning to solve urgently.
