投资促进政策帮助东道国从跨国公司研发国际化中获益。在这一过程中设置绩效要求、实施激励机制、建立科技园以及设立投资促进机构都是非常重要的。对于那些目前并没有参与到研发国际化过程中的众多发展中国家而言,它们可以从其它国家的经历中汲取经验与教训。
The investment promotion policies play an important role in the benefit from the internationalization of R＆D by transnational corporations In the process, setting up performance requirements, the implementation of incentive mechanisms, the creation of science parks and the establishment of investment promotion agencies are extremely imporrant. To many developing countries, which have not participated in the process of the internationalization of R＆D, can learn the experience from other countries
