摘要
分析了外部性条件下连锁企业渐进式信息化阶段划分策略。建立了外部性条件下的承包商选择方程。分析结果表明,连锁企业应在不同的情况下采取不同的阶段划分策略。解释了连锁企业长期选择同一家信息技术承包商的现象。
Analyzed phases in gradual informationalization of chain store under network externalities industry; give a contractors choosing formula under network externalities industry. The analysis show how chain store operators plot out their informationalization phases. And explain why chain store operator always chooses the same information technology contractor for long.
