摘要
目的为长骨粉碎性骨折提供一种有效的内固定物。方法28只新西兰兔,双侧胫骨造成粉碎骨折模型,分别用新型双钢板和普通双钢板固定。术后3、6、9、12周分四批处死动物。进行大体、组织学、X线观察及统计学处理。结果对照组骨皮质变薄髓腔扩大较实验组明显;组织学发现实验组骨痂出现早、骨质吸收少、骨折局部改进快。结论新型双钢板治疗长骨粉碎性骨折优于普通双钢板。
Objective To investigate the effects of internal fixation with a newly designed plate on healing of rabbit's comminuted fracture with tibia. Methods A comparative study was done on twenty-eight adult New Zealand rabbits in this experiment. The model of comminuted fracture was made in the mid-shaft of the tibia. The left and right were fixed by a new thpe bi-plate and a simple bolt bi-plate, respectively. The rabbits were sacrificed after 3,6,9 and 12 wecks.Bone samples were harvested and evaluated by gross anatomy,histological examination and X ray. Results The severity of osteoporosis and resorption in experiment group were less than that in the control. Condusion The new type of bi-plate fixation for the treatment of comminuted fracture is better than the simple bolt bi-plate.
