摘要
针对炼化企业的氢气分配网络系统,建立了以最小公用工程氢气用量为目标,综合考虑氢气流量、氢气纯度和有害杂质限制等因素的超结构和数学优化模型。介绍了采用该模型对进行氢气网络系统优化的计算方法,并通过实例进行了优化分析计算。研究表明:采用超结构数学优化模型可以综合考虑系统的各种限制条件对氢气网络进行优化。
A superstructure model is developed to optimize the hydrogen distribution network in refinery. The model intends to realize the minimum usage of hydrogen. The flow rate of hydrogen stream, purity of hydrogen stream and restriction of the impurities are considered. The calculation procedure is interpreted through a case study. The matching relationships of sources and sinks in hydrogen distribution network are compared before and after optimization. It shows that the superstructure model is effective.
