摘要
从质量、能量和熵平衡的基本原理出发,导出了具有非均相化学反应的耦合传热传质系统熵产率方程,得到了各种条件下熵产率方程的简化形式,为对具有非均相化学反应的耦合传热传质系统进行性能分析与改进提供了一种有力的工具。
Based on the principles of mass, energy and entropy balance, the entropy generation equations of the coupled heat and mass transfer processes with non-uniform chemical reaction are derived. The simplified formations of the entropy generation equations are obtained under various engineering conditions. They are used to analyze and improve the thermodynamic performances of the coupled heat and mass transfer processes. The combustion process of carbon granule with non-uniform chemical reaction is analyzed. The result shows that the entropy of chemical reaction is greater than that of the heat and mass transfer, and that the smaller the diameter, the less the total entropy generation.
