摘要
分析比较了现有的强化传热评价方法与评价指标。通过分析管壳式换热器壳程传热与阻力性能特点,指出管壳式换热器壳程的强化传热研究,在采用能量系数K/N来评价强化传热时,应更着眼于提高其传热性能。通过推导分析,说明采用α/ΔP1/3作为评价指标,能够准确评价壳程强化传热的性能。
The evaluation methods and indexes of heat transfer enhancement performance are analyzed and compared. Through the analysis of the performances of heat transfer and pressure drop, it is found that improving the heat transfer performances is the key issue of the study especially while the energy index K/N is used. The evaluation quota is derived particular. Through the analysis of the segmental structure of the shell, the calculation result shows it is effective to employ α/ΔP^1/3 as evaluation index.
