摘要
针对目前国内精馏能耗偏大的情况,以稳态数学模型为基础,对生产能力为8万t/年的甲醇生产过程中的双效精馏的3种流程(并流型、逆流型、平流型)进行了计算。分别得到3种流程所需最小蒸汽量与蒸汽品质和冷水量。通过对不同流程所需的加热蒸汽的费用比较,提出了精馏设计的最佳节能优化方案。结果表明:在相同生产能力下,逆流型流程实现了较好的节能效果,比单塔流程节约蒸汽加热费用约30.3%,比目前国内最常用的双效并流流程节约蒸汽加热费用约16.6%。
Three double-effect distillation processes (forward feed, back feed and dual feed) with 80 thousand ton methanol production per year are calculated based on steady state mathematic modeling, The minimum consumption of steam and cold water are obtained. By comparing the costs of the steam in different processes,the optimal energy conservation method is obtained. It indicates that the cost of the double-effect distillation with hack feed process is 30.3% less than that of the single-tower process, Its steam cost is 16.6% less than that of the forward-feed process.
