摘要
橡胶原料干燥过程中涉及到多孔介质的热质传递,通过多孔物体的水分传质微分方程给出了如何求干燥常数的理论方程,结合Luikov公式和阿累尼乌斯方程给出了求解质量扩散系数的方程,并通过实验确定了湿分在丁苯橡胶中的质扩散系数的关系式。
The issue of mass and heat transfer in porous material for rubber dryness is studied. The differential equations of moisture transfer are used to deduce the theoretical equations for the drying constants. Through the Luikov formula and Arrhenius equation, the equation of mass diffuse coefficient is obtained. The equation of the mass diffuse coefficients of moisture transfer in styrene butadiene rubber is confirmed through experiment.
