无压浸渗高含量SiC_p/Al复合材料的组织及压缩力学性能 被引量:3

摘要 采用无压浸渗工艺制备出了SiC体积含量达65%的SiCp/Al复合材料,其颗粒分布均匀,试样的致密度较好。动态压缩力学试验表明高含量SiCp/Al复合材料在高应变率下具有明显的应变率效应,其压缩力学行为具有明显的颗粒尺寸依赖效应,在不同应变率下均发现,含较小碳化硅颗粒的复合材料具有较大的屈服应力及流动应力。 65vo1.% SiCp/AI composites were prepared successfully by pressureless infiltration. Microstructural observation on the composite indicates that the particles in the composite were quite uniform. The results show that the composite material has strain rate sensitive flow stress behavior in the high strain rate regime when compared with quasi-static strain rates. The results have demons treated that the flow stress and the yield stress of the composites strongly depend on the particles size and the composites reinforced by smaller particles ( 100 μm) have high flow stress values.
