摘要 从服务质量理论的角度,分析总结了信息系统服务质量的研究历程和研究的主要成果,提出了信息系统服务质量未来的可能研究方向和研究重点,以期对信息系统有效性评价和信息系统服务质量评价的研究有所裨益。
