伊贝沙坦与合用罗格列酮对胰岛素抵抗SD大鼠脂蛋白酯酶影响的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察伊贝沙坦和罗格列酮对胰岛素抵抗(IR)SD大鼠胰岛素敏感性及脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)活性的影响。方法用果糖喂养6周龄雄性SD大鼠8周制备IR模型,并给予伊贝沙坦及伊贝沙坦合用罗格列酮进行干预后,行血浆空腹血糖、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)及LPL的测定。结果模型对照组大鼠的血压、FINS、TG、TC及FFA均高于空白对照组和药物处理组,而胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)及LPL活性却均低于空白对照组和药物处理组。结论伊贝沙坦和罗格列酮合用可通过不同的机制改善IR,提高LPL活性,减轻机体脂质代谢的紊乱。 Objective It is to observe the influence of Irbesartan and Rosiglitazone on insulin sensitivity and lipoprotein lipase (LPL) of insulin resistance (IR) rats. Methods 6 week old male SD rat was fed with fructose diet and resulted in IR. One of group was disposed with Irbesartan and another group was disposed with Irbesartan combined Rosiglitazone. After 8 weeks, the concentration of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), fasting plasma insulin (FINS), triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), very low density lipoprotein (VLDL), free fatty acid (FFA) and LPL of blood serum of the rats were measured. Results At the end of 8 weeks after treatment, model control group had higher level of SBP, FINS, TG, TC and FFA than the other groups (P 〈 0.05 ) ; and had lower level of insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and LPL than the other groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Irbesartan and Rosiglitazone can improve the IR and the activity of LPL with different mechanisms.
