应用二维气相色谱系统分析高纯氢中永久性气体及轻质烃类杂质 被引量:2

摘要 将SP-2305型气相色谱仪的分离系统,改装为二维气相色谱分离系统,采用二维柱切割、浓缩与转化技术相结合,以φ2×500mm,40—60目TDX-01柱为预分离柱;以φ3×2500mm,30—50目5A分子筛柱和φ4×1000mm,60—80目TDX-02柱为主分离柱。TCD和FID串联式连接,一次进样可测定高纯氩中O_2、N_2、CO、CH_4、CO_2、C_2H_2、C_2H_4、C_2H_6八种杂质。取10升气体样浓缩,方法灵敏度:O_2、N_2为0.1PPm,碳氧化物和烃类杂质为0.003———0.03PPm。 The transformation of the gas chromatograph model SP-2305 into two-dimentional column with a balancing column switching is used in combination with the pre-concentration and conversion techniques, in which a precolumn of TDX-01 (φ2×500mm, 40- 60mesh and a 5A main separating column (φ3×2500mm, 30~50mesh) with TDX-02 (φ4×1000mm,60-80mesh) are incor-porated. The TCD and FID are connected in series. For a single sample injection, it is able to determine eight kinds of impurities, namely O_2, N_2, CO, CH_4, CO_2, C_2H_2, C_2H_4, C_2H_6. When 10 L of gas is concentrated,the sensitivities of the method are 0.1 ppm for oxygen and nitiogen, and 3-30 ppb for hydrocarbons and carbon oxides.
