摘要
目的:观察硝酸甘油(GTN)对小鼠移植性肿瘤的生长抑制作用及对动物代谢的影响。方法:将肉瘤180细胞接种到昆明小鼠腋窝皮下,分别用0.32mg和0.16mg的GTN灌胃,1/d,连续10d,对照组给以生理盐水。10d后处死动物,观察抑瘤率并眼眶取血计数白细胞,测定GSH、ALT、AST、Glu和Urea的变化。结果:GTN灌胃组能明显抑制小鼠S180实体瘤的生长,血液GSH和Urea明显降低,而Glu和AST水平明显升高,ALT未见明显变化。结论:GTN能够明显抑制小鼠移植性S180实体瘤的生长,并能改善荷瘤小鼠的生存质量。
Objective:To evaluate the inhibitory effects and mechanisms of nitroglycerin (GTN) on murine transplanted tumors. Methods: Kunming mice with sarcoma 180 cells transplanted into armpit subcutaneously had been used as experimental models and the treatment group were administrated with 0.32mg and 0.16mg of GTN through stomach respectively and the control group was treated by saline. After ten days treatment, the animals was executed and the animal weight, tumor weight, spleen weight and the tumor inhibitory rate had been researched. The blood GSH, WBC and other biochemical parameters were measured. Results:The 40% tumor growth inhibition and GSH depletion had been found. Serum Glu and AST level increased, whereas serum urea concentration decreased. There are no obvious changes of WBC and serum ALT. Conclusion:GTN could both inhibit tumor growth and improve the metabolism of the animal significantly. The mechanism might be related with the GSH oxidation and NO released by GTN.
