肠内营养在治疗伪膜性肠炎中的作用

Analysis of the enteral nutrition in the treatment of pseudomembranous colitis

目的：探讨肠内营养在治疗伪膜性肠炎中作用.方法：选取我科2003年2月～2006年3月伪膜性肠炎患者12例,针对伪膜性肠炎严重腹泻、电解质失衡、合并感染,在常规治疗基础上加用肠内营养治疗.结果：全组病例分别于3～10 d后,腹泻、腹胀症状缓解,合并便血者便血量明显减少消失;其中3～5 d后缓解8例,1周后缓解4例,无死亡病例;纤维结肠镜复查正常.结论：在治疗伪膜性肠炎时积极应用肠内营养具有缩短病程,改进预后的作用.

Objective：To evaluate the enteral nutrition in the treatment of pseudomembranous colitis. Methods：From Feb. 2003 to Mar. 2006, aparting from routine therapies, 12 patients of pseudomembranous colitis were treated by using enteral nutrition according to the complications such as severe diarrhea,infection, ect. Results：All patients were survival. The diarrhea and abdominal distention were alleviated obviously after 3-10 days. Hemafecia of the patients were alleviated too. All patients reexamined were recovered according to fibrocolonoscope. Concluslons：It could shorten the course of diseases and get better prognosis in pseudomembranous colitis by using enteral nutrition.
