The Feasibility and Rationality to Actualize the Technology Upgrading in Rural Hydropower Station of Zhejiang Province

本文分析研究了浙江省上世纪90年代以前农村水电建设的发展过程和主要工程特点,论述浙江省水电技改建设的社会发展要求和建设实施的技术、环境的科学性和可行性,提出开展农村水电站技改工程是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分,是科学发展观的实际应用,也是浙江省农村水电发展的必然。

This article is to analyze and study the developing course and the main characteristics of the rural hydropower construction which is before 1990s, discuss the society developing demands of the hydropower technology upgrading in Zhejiang Province, the rationality and feasibility of constructing technology and environment, then bring out that developing rural hydropower technology upgrading projects is the momentous composing part of socialistic new country construction, the practical application of the scientific development viewpoint and the necessity to develop rural hydropower in Zhejiang Province as well.
