Expediting the building work of new countryside is the fundament to achieve the harmonious society. Promoting the harmonious rural hydropower has a far-reaching effect. This article makes a presentation on some available measures of harmonizing the various interests relationships among initial work of hydropower, hydropower project construction and management of hydropower project in the process of developing rural hydropower in Bureau of Zhang Jiakou water affairs.
