摘要
在波长色散X射线荧光光谱分析中,用铑靶X光管对Zr、Y、Sr、Rb、Zn等元素有较高的激发效率。本文在硅酸盐分析中,采用了康普顿散射靶线(Rhk_α)为内标,以补偿常量元素的吸收效应,并用于花岗岩样品中Zr、Y、Sr、Rb、Zn的直接测定。
In wavelength dispersion X-ray fluorescence analysis, excitation efficiency is high when using a Rh-anode X-ray tube for Zr, Y, Sr, Rb, and Zn. By using Compton scattering X-ray as internal standard in analyzing silicates, the major elements effect can be compensated. It is thus possible to determine directly Zr, Y. Sr. Rb and Zn. The method is used for analying some granite samples with satisfactory results.
