摘要
小井眼与常规井眼的钻井工艺有较大差异,提高小井眼钻井速度有很大的实际意义。通过对小尺寸动力钻具局限性的研究,对小井眼钻具组合进行了优选,并且考虑小井眼的工作特点,为了使小井眼钻井钻头在井底达到最佳工作状态,通过理论计算,确定最优钻井参数,以达到机械钻速最佳。
There are the bigger differences between slim hole drilling technology and routine borehole drilling technology.Improving of slim hole drilling speed is of an important actual significance.This article studied the limitation of the small-size driving force drilling tool,and carried out selection of drilling tool combination of slim hole,and considered the working characteristic of slim hole.The optimum drilling parameters are ascertained by theoretical calculation to make the slim hole bit reach the best working condition in bottom hole in order to achieve the optimum rate of penetration.
