油包水乳化修井液的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对低压易水敏油层,以生物毒性低、闪点高的矿物油(5#白油)为外相,海水为内相,采用复配型油溶性表面活性剂作为乳化剂,研制了油包水乳化修井液,并对其性能进行了评价,同时对其回收利用途径进行了探索。试验结果表明,该修井液具有密度低、抗温稳定性能好、储层保护效果好等特点,且可转化为油基钻井液进行再利用,降低了成本。 Inverted emulsion Workover fluid was developed for low-pressure reservoir or/and water-sensitive reservoir,which outside phase is low toxicity and high flash point mineral oil(No.5 white oil),and inside phase is sea water,and emulsifier is a combination oil-soluble surfactants.Its performance was evaluated and its recycling approach was explored in the paper.Test results indicated that workover fluid possesses the property parameters such as low density,thermal stability,low reservoir damage.The used workover fluid would be transferred to oil-based drilling fluid in order to save the cost.
