摘要
MnO基无氟复合造渣剂是转炉高效化和生产过程无氟清洁化的1种新型炉料。其冶金特性良好,能提前1~1、5min化渣;全程化渣好,基本上不喷溅,不返干,不粘枪,有利安全生产,并降低钢铁料消耗5~6kg/t;缩短冶炼周期;终点余锰增加,降低FeMn消耗1~2kg/t等。介绍MnO基无氟复合造渣剂在沙钢转炉冶炼中的应用的试验研究情况。
Non-fluorine slagging material is a new one aimed to increase the efficiency of converter with cleaning production. The new material has good metallurgical properties in smelting process. Using this material, slagging process can be ahead of schedule for 1 ~1.5 minutes and the whole process of slag melting is good, without splashing, getting drying and lance-sticking. Therefore, it facilitates safe production and to reduce metallic material consumption for 5 ~ 6 kg/t. Converter daily production can be increased through shortening melting period. The surplus manganese at end point can be increased 0.04%~ 0.08 % while FeMn consumption can be reduced 1 ~ 2 kg/t. An experimental investigation on application of non-fluorine slagging material in Shagang Iron & Steel Group Company Ltd. is given in this paper.
