医院护士疲劳的定性调查研究(英文)

A qualitative investigation of fatigue among hospital nurses

尽管病人的疲劳受到广泛的关注,但医院护士的疲劳却知之甚少。通过定性研究详细探求了医院护士的疲劳感受,资料收集采用深入访谈法,内容分析法作为该定性资料的分析方法。调查结果显示:疲劳是医院护士的一个普遍现象,症状由轻到重,表现有4种类型:主观的躯体症状,客观的躯体症状,主观心理或情感症状,活动能力下降。疲劳的主要原因来自于与工作有关的压力、工作的物理环境和家庭。疲劳影响到护士的工作表现、躯体健康和心理状态,护士应采取有助于解除疲劳状态的措施。

Despite considerable attention to fatigue in illness population, little is known about fatigue in hospital nurses. A detailed qualitative exploration of fatigue was conducted to answer the broad question of what fatigue experience is to hospital nurses. In - depth interview method was used to collect data from the participants and content analysis was utilized to analyze the data. Results of this qualitative investigation showed that four themes were identified. The research proposed that fatigue is a common phenomenon in hospital nurses, with severity varying from mild to sever （with four types of manifestation： subjective physical manifestation, objective physical manifestation, mental/emotional manifestation and reduction in movement/activity manifestation）. Fatigue is caused by workrelated stress, physical environment and family problem, which disrupts performance, physical well - being and emotional status and requires nurses to take restorative measures.
