A Theoretical Thought on Constructing Three-river Source Civilization

随着党中央西部大开发战略在青海的逐步实施,“富民强省”已成为西部大开发、青海大发展的首要目标。在这样一种背景下,对青海区位文化进行重新审视和定位,以适应青海社会经济文化发展的新要求显得尤为重要。三江源文化学概念的提出,试图从文化学视角入手,重构、提升三江源文化新的文化价值观,实现三江源文化的现代转型。

With the Party Central Committee the West exPloitation strategy was put into effect step by step, ＂to make the people rich and build up its province power＂ has been became the first target of the West exploitation and Qinghai development. Under this kind of background, it seems more important to judge and orientate Qinghai regional civilization again for adapting to new demand of Qinghai social economy and culture development. The idea of three-fiver source civilization has been put forward , they try to reconstruct and promote new cultural value outlook of three-fiver source civilization in the eye of civilization, realize the modem transformation of three-fiver source civilization.
