摘要
发光二极管的发射光具有较窄的半宽度,能用作分子吸收光源。本工作利用复合发光二极管,以变换供电的芯片,作为交替的双波长光源,应用于光度滴定法。
The light emitted by LED has rather narrow half bandwidth, and can be used as a light source in the molecular absorption spectromctry. A dual alternated LED driver has been developed in this work,it is able to emit lights with two different wavelength alternately and has been successfully used in dual-wavalcngth photometric titration. Both signals are detected as a pulse by the same photocell in the titration. As the absorption was changed by the end of titrition, the amplitude of pulse corresponds to the change in absorption. A typical titration curve can be obtained by processing these signls. The apparatus is simple and inexpensive.
