运用矩阵组织模式进行管理能促进高校图书馆学科服务工作的深化。文章通过对西安财经学院学科建设和图书馆管理模式的剖析,对相关概念进行了理论性的探讨和界定,借鉴国外高校已有的先进经验,提出了加强学科专业文献信息资源建设,建立教学支持服务系统,深化参考咨询工作,构建教学科研数字图书馆等完善学科矩阵型管理模式的策略。

Carries on the management using the matrix organization pattern to be able to promote the universities library discipline service work deepening. The article analyzed discipline construction and the library management pattern of Xi＇ an Finance and Economics University, carried on the theory discussion and the limits to the correlation concept, drew on the advanced experience of foreign universities, proposed strengthening the discipline specialized literature information resource construction, establishing the teaching - support service system, deepening reference consultation, constructing teaching-research digital library and so on, in order to consummating discipline matrix management model.
