本文归纳了当前学术界对数字图书馆数据库知识产权保护的代表性的观点,对与数据库知识产权保护的相关理论的局限性进行了分析,对我国数字图书馆数据库的知识产权保护制度的建立提出了一些较新颖的建设性观点。

This paper summarized the current academic representative points on the protection of intellectual property in the digital library database perspective, then analysed the limitations of something related to the protection of intellectual property database theorys. In the end, the author established some innovative and constructive points about the protection of intellectual property of digital library database.
