On construction of periodical resource and service of information in university library

期刊信息资源在高校教学科研等方面发挥着重要作用。本文从期刊资源深层次的开发与利用、外文期刊数据库和特色期刊文献资源建设、个性化服务、资源共享以及图书馆员管理服务能力的提高等方面提出了一些看法和建议。

Periodicals information resource is very important in teaching and scientific research in university. Advice is put forward in farther exploitation and using of periodicals resource, construction of foreign language and characteristic periodicals resource, personalized service, share of resource, librarian＇ s capability of management and service.
