为探讨棉纤维成熟度与纺纱工艺、成纱质量的关系,进行了不同成熟度的工艺试验,认为棉纤维的成熟度不同,对纺纱工艺、成纱质量及织物的染色性能都会有很大影响。成熟度高的棉纤维在纺纱工艺中易清除杂质,不易产生棉结和索丝;成熟度中等的棉纤维细度较细,成纱强度高;成熟度高的棉纤维加工成织物后,耐磨性好,织物染色均匀。

To discuss relation between cotton fiber maturity and spinning processing ＆ yarn quality, processing tests of different maturity were done, it shows that cotton fiber different maturity has bigger influence on spinning processing, yarn quality and fabric dyeing behavior. Cotton fiber of higher maturity in spinning processing has fewer impuri- ties and fewer neps ＆ fiber agglomerates, cotton fiber of medium maturity has fine count and higher yam strength, cotton fiber Of higher maturity has better fabric abrasion resistance and better dyeing effect.
