摘要
为适应现代数字化纺织的发展要求,对现有的机织物变层组织表示方法进行分析与比较,针对变层数多层织物组织的特点提出一种数学表示方法。它是由层数矩阵和经纱位置码矩阵2部分构成,即以数码的形式表示组织,具有简洁、信息性强、易操作等优点。基于此数学表示方法提出了相应的纹板图设计方法,其对应关系简单,易计算机化,为任意层数变层织物的组织纹板图设计提供了一种数学处理方法,该方法对变层数多层机织物CAD设计具有实际应用价值。
To adapt to the development of modem digital spinning, after making analysis and comparison of the commonly used expression ways of variable layers weave of the woven fabric, a new mathematic expression of it is put forward. It is composed of layers array and warp position code array, i. e., the weave is expressed by digital form, which is characterized by simplicity, information technology, and easy operation. Based on this expression, a corresponding method of drafting which has direct correlation with the expression and easy to be computerized is presented, providing a mathematic way for drafting of variable layer weave of any number of layers of the woven fabric. This method has practical application value for CAD of variable layer of the multilayer woven fabric.
