摘要
科技期刊编辑不仅应注意科技信息的交流,而且应注意在科学的积累中发挥作用。在科学的积累中要注意积累的整体性和局部性,重复与积累的辩证关系,创新与积累的关系。编辑只有对自己的工作有了理论上的清晰认识,才能很好地参与科学积累。
Scientific journal editors should not only pay attention to scientific information communication, but also give full play to scientific accumulation. In scientific accumulation, some relationships should be treated correctly, which are integrity and individuality, repetition and accumulation, making new discoveries and accumulation. Editors must have a better knowledge on the effect of editing work on scientific accumulation, then better participate in it.
