摘要
中国实用医学系列杂志在期刊的市场化竞争中,通过创办品牌栏目“专题讨论”,组建国内一流的编委队伍,开办网站,建立人才梯队等措施,实现了期刊的“两个效益”双丰收。其办刊经验可供借鉴。
In marketing competition of journals, the series of Chinese journals of practical medicine achieved double-win of the economic benefits and social benefits by means of creating brand column "special topic for discussion", organizaing domestic flint - class contingent of the members of the editorial board, establishing website, and buliding echelon of disciplinary human resources. The experience of them can provide reference for the same trade or occupation.
