介绍了IEEE.1159规定的通用电能质量数据转换格式PQDIF,详述了PQDIF数据的组成与结构;以此为基础,着重给出了PQDIF数据在基于网络结构的电能质量监测系统中的设计思路和方法;同时介绍了PQDIF软件包(SDK)的功能和应用。关键词:PQDIF;电能质量;
The power quality data interchange format （PQDIF） specified in IEEE. 1159, especially the constitution and structure of PQDIF data is presented in detail. The design concept and design principle of PQDIF data on web-based power quality monitoring system is highlighted. Meanwhile, the function and application of PQDIF software SDK（Software Development Kit） is introduced.
