高、中压缸联合启动问题分析与处理

摘要 西屋技术引进型600 MW亚临界汽轮机高、中压缸联合启动时普遍存在高排温度高的问题,在某厂调试过程中,通过DEH逻辑的优化,成功实现了高、中压缸联合启动,并找出了高排温度高的根本原因,为厂方的改造提供了理论根据,并对同类型600 MW机组的高、中压缸联合启动的完善有重要意义。 During the startup of 600 MW subcritical steam turbine through combination of HP cylinder with IP cylinder which was imported from Westing House of US, high temperature of HP cylinder exhaust steam is a common problem. In the commission of one power plant, by optimizing DEH logics, the startup through combination of HP cylinder with IP cylinder is achieved. The cause for high temperature of HP cylinder exhaust steam is determined, providing theoretical basis for the renovation of power plants. And it is of great significance for the improvement of same kind of units.
