摘要
介绍了目前国内外变速器远距离操纵机构的类型和特点,论述了操纵机构的结构设计要求,并对几种常见的机构设计方案进行了比较,指出了各方案在设计过程中的异同之处和设计时应考虑的各种不同情况。针对该种操纵机构难于适应驾驶室翻转要求的这一难点,通过范例提出了操纵机构设计流程、设计内容及计算公式,并对操纵机构设计中出现的问题提出了解决措施。
This paper introduces different types and characteristics of long-distance control mechanisms of truck transmissions used presently of home and abroad,a general construction of designing request is discussed,at the same time, it compares with some of the familiar designing schemes,and points out the same and different conditions among these schemes,also in the process of designlng,the different conditions should be considered.Considering it is difficult to let con- trol mechanism adapt the cab's overturn request,the control mechanism's designing flow,designing content and calculate formula are brought forward through examples,and some measures are also put forward in order to settle the problems in the process of designing control mechanism.
