摘要
利用红外热波无损检测技术可以快速、有效、直观地检测碳纤维蒙皮与蜂窝芯界面脱粘缺陷。对缺陷进行定量化检测研究过程中,基于热波原理推导出的公式,易于实现缺陷深度的测量。采用了两种方法检测缺陷的大小,实验表明,利用Canny边缘算子检测边缘,检测性能好,缺陷形状可视程度高,实验结果还可作为测量浅表下缺陷大小的参考依据。
The infrared thermal wave nondestructive evaluation technology is one kind of fast, effective and intuitionistic methods, which can detect skin-core disbonds in carbon fiber reinforced honeycomb material. The quantitative measure is feasible on experiment research. It is easy to figure out flaw depth based on formula derived from the principle of thermal wave. The flaw size is detected by two methods and compared. The results show that image edge detection with Canny operator can improve performance of edge detection and visibility of shape of defects and flaws, and it may be regarded as a reference to measure the flaw size under the surface of the material.
