摘要
目的探讨故芪益肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠模型细胞因子网络紊乱的干预机制。方法3月龄健康Wistar雄性大鼠50只,随机分为5组,用烟熏加脂多糖气管滴入造慢阻肺大鼠模型,观察各组大鼠血清中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)的变化。结果慢阻肺模型组IFN-γ、TNF-α显著升高,与正常对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),各预防给药组则显著低于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01);慢阻肺模型组IL-4、IL-10显著降低,与正常对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),各预防给药组则显著高于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论故芪益肺汤可调节慢阻肺大鼠模型细胞因子网络紊乱。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Guqiyifeitang in correcting disorder of cytokines network rats of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods We blindly randomized 50 3-month-old Wistar male rats into five groups, ten rats in each group. According to pathogenesis of COPD, the animals underwent intratracheal instillation of LPS twice and were exposed to cigarette smoke daily for 28 days. The changes of IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-4 and IL-10 in the blood serum were measured and observed. Results Compared with the normal control group, the levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α in the blood serum in the model control group increased and the levels of IL-4 and of IL-10 decreased ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The levels of IFN-'y and TNF-α in the blood serum of Guqiyifeitang were significantly lower in the prevention medical group than those in the model control group (P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ). The levels of IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly higher in the normal control group than those in the model control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Guqiyifeitang may have intervening effects on adjusting disorder of cytokines network on rat with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
