摘要
从屋顶、外墙、窗户、管道预留洞口的封堵、厨房厕所以及地下室的施工工艺及建筑构造等方面对建筑物的渗漏进行了分析,提出了具体解决的方法,实用效果表明采用其防治措施简单易行、经济可靠,有一定的推广价值。
From roof,external wall,windows,performed hole of pipe,kitchen,toilet,basement construction and other aspects reasons caused the leakage of buildings are analyzed,at the same time corresponding treatment measures are proposed.Practice shows those measures are practicable,simple and convenient,which are worthy of being popularized.
