简述了公路工程在设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段和竣工阶段有效控制工程投资的途径、方法和采取的措施,指出在公路工程建设的各阶段应科学而有计划地分阶段设置投资控制目标,以最大限度地提高投资效益和社会效益。
Effective investment control measures and methods are briefly introduced from design stage,bidding stage,construction period and final completion stage for highway works.Author points out that in every stage of highway works objectives should be set out for scientific and systematic investment control in order to realize maximum economic returns.
