摘要
在具备施工索赔条件的前提下,通过对建筑工程施工索赔费用的分类,着重分析了施工索赔费用的产生原因和费用构成,阐述了施工索赔费用的确认原则。
Based upon classification of the cost of construction claim of building engineering the reasons produced the cost and composition of claim cost are mainly analyzed.Meanwhile,principle for the identification of the cost of construction claims is elaborated in order to provide references for practice.
