摘要
从立项决策、设计和实施三个阶段对工程造价控制进行了分析,并对各阶段工程造价控制与管理的工作重点进行了阐述,指出项目立项决策阶段是造价控制的关键阶段,也是投资能否形成价值的关键。
The following paper analyzes construction cost control at the stages of decision-making,design and implementation,illustrates working essentials of construction cost control and management as each stage,and points out that the decision-making stage is the key stage of cost control and the key stage of whether investment coumd form value or not.
