上行式架桥机在节段梁施工技术中的应用探讨

Discussion on the application of upper-moving erecting machine of bridge span in construction technology of segment girder

以广州市地铁四号线车陂南至黄阁段桥梁工程为例,探讨了WE460S上行式架桥机在节段梁施工中的应用,介绍了节段梁施工工艺流程及质量控制的技术措施,结果表明上行式架桥机在节段梁施工中有速度快、质量易控制等优点,值得推广应用。

This paper combines construction experience of the Chepi south to Huangge segment of Guangzhou metro line No.4,discussion of the application of WE460S upper-moving erecting machine of bridge span in segment girder construction,introduction the flow of technics and technology measure of quality control on segment girder construction,the result shows that the construction speed is rapid and quality control is easy by this method.
